👋 Say hello to Mrs. Cradick, our wonderful 7th Grade Teacher with 21 years of experience at Emmanuel-Faith!
What does Rachel love most about her position? It's the joy of teaching her students, working with wonderful families, and integrating Christian discussions into everything she teaches. 📚🙏
Rachel is a native of York and returned after her husband's Army service. She started teaching part-time in 8th grade before transitioning to full-time in 7th grade. She also taught at Benedict and Cross County for a few years. 🏫
In her family life, Rachel cherishes moments with her husband, Tim; children, Ethan, Paige, and Lucas; and her beloved dog, Lacy. They enjoy playing board games and creating lasting memories together. 🎲🐶

👋Let’s greet Mrs. Haug, our hardworking First Grade Teacher with 21+ years of experience at Emmanuel-Faith!
What does Heather love most about her position? It's building strong relationships with students, families, and staff while helping students learn and grow in a Christ-centered environment. 📚🌿
Heather always had a passion for teaching, which led her to Emmanuel-Faith in January 2002. Despite initial plans for a short-term role, she found her calling and has been a cornerstone of our educational family ever since. She also recently earned her Masters of Education in Literacy Emphasis & Reading Specialist Endorsement in December 2023 from Concordia University. 🏫✨
In her family life, Heather resides in Stromsburg and is a proud mom to two young men, Zach and Sam. Zach is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Wayne State, while Sam excels in academics and robotics at Cross County High School. 🚓🤖

🌟Meet Richard Foster🌟
Meet Mr. Foster, or Dick, our generous Volunteer Custodian at Emmanuel Lutheran Church and Emmanuel-Faith Lutheran School! Mr. Foster has been lending his helping hand since 2007, starting back when Eldon Eklund was the custodian. He comes whenever the weather and his health will allow! 🧹 👨🔧
What does he love most about his role? It's all about the kids and the joy of volunteering to stay active and assist wherever needed.
Before his time here, Mr. Foster spent nearly 50 years in the hardware business, working with True Value and then Ace. 🛠️ He's also deeply involved in community service, driving donations to Orphan Grain Train about once a month and helping out at Wessels Living History Farm.
Dick’s brother, Bill, lives in Stanton, NE; and his sister, Jane, is at Willowbrook Assisted Living. He enjoys outdoor activities like working in the yard and taking peaceful walks. 🌳
